At Sister Style, we find it important that you order from us with confidence. Is an item not entirely what you expected? Then we ensure a clear, fair and pleasant return process.

1. Our 30-day return promise

According to the law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. At Sister Style, we gladly go one step further and offer you 30 days after receipt to return your order.

Perhaps the fit was not entirely what you expected, or you simply changed your mind. That is of course possible.

2. Product information & expectations

We do our utmost to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Below you will find important information about fit, materials and product presentation.

2.1 Size chart (Sizing & Fit)

At Sister Style, we find a good fit important. That is why each garment on our website has its own specific size chart based on the measurements of the relevant product.

Because fit can differ per model, fabric and design, we always advise customers to carefully check the size chart before placing an order and, if necessary, measure their own dimensions.

Choosing the correct size based on the provided sizing information is the responsibility of the customer. Sister Style cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly chosen size when the size chart has not been consulted or when the size choice is based solely on usual clothing sizes or personal preference.

Please note that small deviations of 1–5 cm may occur due to manual measurements, production tolerances or differences in fabric and fit. Such small deviations are considered normal within the clothing industry.

Check in case of possible deviations

When you suspect that the received garment does not correspond with the measurements from the size chart, our support team may request clear photos of the item with a measuring tape visible at the relevant measuring points.

If it is determined that the actual measurements significantly deviate from the stated size chart, we will of course offer an appropriate solution.

When the measurements correspond with the size chart, the product is considered correctly delivered and our standard return procedure applies.

2.2 Product images and colour display

We do our utmost to display Sister Style products as accurately as possible on our website.

Please note that colours on different screens, devices and browsers may slightly differ from the actual colour of the product.

Factors such as:

  • screen settings

  • brightness

  • lighting

  • photography

may influence how a colour is displayed.

In addition, clothing may show slight variations in colour, structure or finishing due to production processes and lighting conditions during photography.

Product photos may be slightly edited to show details, fabric texture and fit more clearly.

Such small differences are considered normal within the fashion industry and do not constitute a production fault or defect.

2.3 Material and fabric experience

We try to describe materials and product characteristics as clearly as possible.

However, please note that the personal experience of a fabric, material or wearing comfort can be subjective.

Individual preferences may influence how a product is experienced.

Differences in assessment of:

  • fabric thickness

  • softness

  • flexibility

  • material feel

are therefore not considered a production fault or defect.

2.4 Product variations

Our clothing is produced in different production batches. As a result, small variations may occur between items of the same model.

Examples include:

  • small differences in stitching

  • slight variations in buttons, zippers or details

  • minimal differences in colour tone

  • small differences in finishing

These variations are considered normal within the clothing industry and do not constitute a defect.

2.5 Visual product representation

Product photos on the Sister Style website are intended to provide as clear an image as possible of the item.

Photos may be styled with accessories or combinations of clothing items to better show style and wearing possibilities.

Accessories or styling elements are only part of the product when this is explicitly stated in the product description.

When a product corresponds with the description and general characteristics on the website, the item is considered delivered in conformity.

2.6 Fit and styling expectations

Products are often presented on models to give a better impression of style and fit.

The final fit may differ per person due to factors such as:

  • body shape

  • height

  • proportions

  • personal styling

The presentation on a model therefore serves solely as a visual reference.

3. When is a return eligible?

To process a return, we ask the following:

  • The item is unused and unwashed

  • The item is in original condition

  • Labels and any hygienic strips are intact

  • The original packaging is present

  • The return shipment contains proof of purchase (for example the order confirmation)

4. How do you register a return?

Registering a return is simple.

Please mention:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

Our customer service will then send you the correct return instructions.

Important conditions

  • Returns must always be registered in advance

  • Return shipments must be sent with Track & Trace

  • Always keep the shipping receipt

We are not responsible for return shipments lost during transport.

5. Return costs

The following applies to returns:

  • Return costs are at the expense of the customer

  • The amount of return costs may differ per country

  • Return shipments must be sent with Track & Trace

  • Return shipments are sent back to our international main warehouse

No administration costs are charged.

When an item is delivered damaged or incorrectly delivered, we are happy to look together for an appropriate solution.

Inspection of return shipments

All return shipments that arrive at Sister Style are carefully checked by our team upon receipt before a refund is processed.

During this inspection we assess:

  • the condition of the item

  • whether the item is unworn and unwashed

  • whether all labels and hygienic strips are still present

  • whether the returned item corresponds with the original order

Non-conforming returns

When a returned item:

  • is visibly worn

  • has been washed

  • is damaged

  • contains traces of odour (such as perfume, smoke or deodorant)

  • no longer contains labels

  • does not correspond with the originally delivered item

the return shipment cannot be accepted.

In such cases, Sister Style may:

  • refuse the refund

  • return the item to the customer

  • charge administration or shipping costs if reshipment is requested

6. Refunds

Refunds only apply to approved return shipments.

As soon as we have received your return shipment, our team will inspect the item.

After inspection, you will receive confirmation by email stating whether the return shipment has been approved or rejected.

Approval of the refund

When approved:

  • you receive confirmation by email

  • the refund is processed within 10 working days

  • the amount is refunded via the original payment method

Processing time

Depending on your bank, credit card company or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 working days before the amount is visible in your account.

7. Received a damaged or wrong item

Please contact us within 5 days after delivery via:

info@sisterstyle.uk

Always include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the issue

  • photos of the packaging

If approved

We will:

  • resend the correct item free of charge
    or

  • offer a replacement product

A monetary refund does not apply in these cases when replacement solves the issue.

8. Exceptions (non-returnable)

For hygienic and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • lingerie

  • swimwear

  • hygiene products and cosmetics

  • earrings

  • personalised or custom-made items
