Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days in our (inter)national warehouse.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Track Your Order

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive at different times.

Sister Style cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external logistics partners.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in:

If we detect an issue with the provided address, we may temporarily pause the shipment and contact the customer to confirm the correct details.
If the customer does not respond in time, the order processing may be delayed.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to:

failure to collect the package from a pickup point

refusal of delivery
the carrier may return the package to the warehouse.
In such cases, the order will not automatically be refunded.
However, we may offer to reship the order, with the new shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier at the provided delivery address, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Sister Style cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
We recommend that customers first:
